4. Appointment & Cancellation Policy

By requesting an appointment through our website or AI voice receptionist, you agree to the following:

• Confirmation: Appointments are not confirmed until you receive direct confirmation from our staff.
• Cancellations: We ask that cancellations be made at least 24 hours in advance as a courtesy to our technicians and other clients.
• No-shows: Clients who do not appear for a scheduled appointment without prior notice may be asked to prepay for future bookings.
• Late arrivals: Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to be rescheduled depending on availability.
• Refunds: Services rendered are non-refundable. If you are dissatisfied with a service, please contact us within 7 days and we will do our best to make it right.
